Tasting Notes
Unamás, one more! That's how it should sound when our Helles is being drunk. A seemingly simple beer that is actually the most difficult style for the brewer, because every detail has to be right. The result is a beer that makes you want the next sip the moment you finish the last. Alongside pale malt, only the finest aroma hops from Tettnang and the Hallertau are used. Through a long, cold fermentation and at least 5 weeks of maturation, the bottom-fermenting yeast conjures a wonderful balance of restrained malt notes, underlined by a mild bitterness.
