These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (the "Site") and the purchase of any products ("Products") offered through it. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By accessing our Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Site or order Products.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are aware of the current version.

Eligibility to Purchase

1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to purchase alcoholic Products.
2. By placing an order, you confirm that you and any recipient of the Products are of legal age. We reserve the right to request valid identification upon delivery.

Products

1. Images of Products on our Site are mainly for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging, appearance, or labeling may vary.
2. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Products are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

Legal Drinkin​g​ Age 

1. By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal minimum age for purchasing alcoholic beverages in your jurisdiction (in Switzerland: 16 years for beer and wine, 18 years for spirits and higher-strength alcohol).
2. We reserve the right to verify your age during registration, checkout, and/or upon delivery. If you fail to provide valid proof of age, your order may be cancelled, and any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Prices & Payment

1. Prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
2. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment must be made in full before dispatch using the payment methods available on the Site.

Delivery

1. Our logisitics partner Planzer SA (www.planzer.ch) will deliver all producuts presented on our website to the address you provide at checkout. However we remain at your disposal for all queries or issues that may occour during the transportation.
2. Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
3. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Products are delivered. Ownership transfers upon full payment.

Returns & Refunds

1. As a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your order before receiving written confirmtation from our logistics partner Planzer that your purchase has been picked up. 
2. Exceptions: No returns are accepted for opened bottles, perishable goods, or personalized items.
3. If Products are faulty or damaged, please notify us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds will be made using the original payment method within [14 days] of receiving the returned Products.

International Orders

If you order from outside our country of operation, and in this case Switzerland, which you may do for someone else living in  Switzerland. However we do not deliver to anywhere outside of Switzerland.

Liability

1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• loss of profits, business, or goodwill,
• indirect or consequential damages,
• delays outside our reasonable control.
• misuse, overconsumption, or health consequences arising from alcohol use.

Account Registration

1. To purchase products, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
