About the Beer
Outback is Brasserie de Couvaloup's bold Black IPA, combining dark malt complexity with American hop character. Brewed by Brasserie de Couvaloup in Apples, in the Hauts de Morges region of canton Vaud. Founded in 2015 and taken over by Alexander in 2020, the brewery uses spring water from the Apples village and 400 m² of solar panels for sustainable production.
