La Nébuleuse - Moonshine
24 x 33 cl Moonshine Blanche ABV 5%, IBU 20.
Serving temperature 7°C. Pale yellow and cloudy color. White, creamy and persistent head. Notes of lemon, orange peel and wheat. All enhanced by the spiciness of coriander. An initial taste of lemon and orange with a medium finish. A light but silky beer with low bitterness. The coriander in the aftertaste gives it an enhanced character.
