5 x La tête en L'R Vol 4.5% IBU 27 A pale ale-style top-fermented beer. Straw-coloured with a fine head. Light on the palate with a noticeable but well-balanced bitterness, giving it a very fresh taste. Ingredients: water, barley malt, Cascade (CH) and Hallertau Blanc (CH) hops, sugar, yeast.
5 x La Solid'r 4.5% ABV IBU 27 Top-fermented beer. Its beautiful amber colour heralds a strong malt flavour. The nose reveals a hint of caramel. Its roundness is balanced by a fresh bitterness, making its aroma very pleasant and well-balanced.
5 x La Pol'r 49% ABV IBU17 Top-fermented beer. Smooth on the palate with a subtle bitterness, this beer reveals aromas reminiscent of banana and white peach. Best served chilled, it can be enjoyed on any occasion. Ingredients: water, wheat malt, barley malt, Perle (CH) and Tettnager (CH) hops, sugar, yeast.
