A Modern Swiss Craft Brewery
Founded in 2020 by Luc Corminbœuf, Brasserie Mc Boar is an independent Swiss craft brewery rooted in Fétigny, in the Broye region of canton Fribourg. What started as a small craft brewing operation has grown into one of the leading craft breweries of the region, while staying faithful to its founding philosophy: brewing accessible, character driven beers for local beer lovers.
The brewery has expanded steadily since its launch, investing in modern equipment and building dedicated facilities including its own taproom. Mc Boar remains 100 percent independent and committed to short supply chains, regional partnerships, and authentic Swiss craft brewing. Beers are produced using carefully selected ingredients and traditional brewing methods.
Mc Boar collaborates with regional partners and produces beers under the BROYARDE concept, a project rooted in the local territory. The brewery creates limited edition and seasonal beers throughout the year, exploring different styles while keeping its signature focus on drinkability and bold identity. Each beer reflects the same dedication that has built Mc Boar's reputation as one of the leading craft breweries of the Broye region.
