About the Beer
La Blanche is one of the beers from Brasserie du Jorat, brewed in Ropraz, canton of Vaud since 2006. The brewery was founded by Raoul Gendroz and operates from its modern site in ZA Les Ussières since 2020. All beers are unfiltered.
