Blanche IPA is Cap'taine Mousse's creative hybrid combining IPA hop character with Witbier wheat smoothness. Brewed by Cap'taine Mousse, founded in 2015 by brothers Manu and Jérôme Bachelard in Nyon, on the shores of Lake Geneva.
