Brasse-Mie is a craft microbrewery rooted in Fribourg, with a mission to give new value to bread from local bakeries.

Brewing with bread isn’t just an original idea. It’s a concrete way to fight food waste, make use of unsold bread, and build strong ties with local bakers. The bread is collected, sorted, and integrated into the recipes, sometimes 6%, 33%, or even 50%. It all depends on the mood and what we want to create!

And in the end: a living, local beer, different and full of character.
