Dr. Gab's was founded in January 2001 by three childhood friends, Gabriel Hasler, David Paraskevopoulos and Reto Engler. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a passion, and by 2010 all three founders were working full-time for the brewery. Over the years, Dr. Gab's has grown from a small craft operation into one of the pioneers of the Swiss craft beer scene, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2021.

Based in the canton of Vaud, Dr. Gab's is 100 percent independent and remains true to its original philosophy: making beers that bring people together. The brewery uses carefully selected ingredients and combines traditional brewing knowledge with the creativity of a modern craft brewery.
