Since 2017, Le Fou du Roi has seen plenty of lovely things. Covid, inflation, suppliers closing, rising prices, silly mistakes, life in short. But if one thing does not change, it is the love of flavours, the joy of hours spent together, the seriousness of the process, the enthusiasm for new creations, the laughter at the nonsense, the desire to always do better, the precision of the technique, the curiosity for crazy ideas, and the pleasure of being all together.

Le Fou du Roi began as two slightly dreamy fools, and now it is people who love and support one another, who stimulate each other, evolve, and do everything so that their work reflects their love for good things as well as possible.

The products are carefully made, worked on, original, sometimes offbeat. No expense is spared on flavour research or on quality ingredients. The aim is astonishment, and surprises for the taste buds.

- La Bonne Parole : Wheat Beer, 5.9%. A fruity wheat beer with fruity hops.

- La Flûte Enchantée : Pale Ale, 6%. Refreshing, with lemongrass, ginger, combawa leaves, coriander and Pisco.

- Purple Rage : Purple Session IPA, 5.5%. Original and colourful, with notes of gin and timut pepper.

- La Reine de Coeur : Wheat Beer, 5.5%. Dry and fruity, with raspberry, rose and nettle.

- Le Coup du Lapin : West Coast IPA, 6.6%. Fruity, balanced between hoppy fruitiness and bitterness.

- Brewer's Choice : a 15 bottle box with 3 of each of the 5 beers, chosen with care.
