3 x 33cl Wild Shot – Passito di Moscato (10% vol.)
Barrel-aged in Passito di Moscato oak barriques. Deep dark amber with natural carbonation. Aromas of prune, wood, and aromatic white wine. Oily, dense body with clear Passito character, balanced by sour, tannic, and oaky notes. Contains gluten.
3 x 33cl Wild Shot – Merlot (10% vol., 2% acidity)
Lightly hazy reddish-amber with no foam. Sour aromas of prunes and wine, with integrated woody notes. Full-bodied, subtly carbonated, with a pronounced sour profile and a long finish of red wine, apple, and prune. Contains gluten.
3 x 33cl Wild Shot – Merlot USA Oak Aged (10% vol., 2% acidity)
Hazy ruby-amber with low carbonation. Fruity and woody nose with notes of prunes and cherries. Malt backbone with hints of cocoa and vanilla. Dry, gently sour, with a short fruity and woody finish. Contains gluten.
3 x 33cl Wild Shot – Floral Oak with Prunes (10% vol.)
Aged in special floral oak barrels (acacia head, French oak staves) previously used for Gewurztraminer, then infused with wild plums. Clear with mahogany hues. Notes of plum jam and ripe fruit, soft tannins, and great complexity. A beer for long aging. Contains gluten.
