Ingredients: Water, barley malt, grape must (Chasselas), hops, yeast
Fermentation: Stainless steel tank with beer yeasts
Format: 24 × 33 cl
Perfect With
Fondue moitié moitié (you can even use it directly in fondue instead of wine!), white meats, mild cheeses, fish, and Mediterranean cuisine.

Vière is Cap'taine Mousse's most innovative creation, a paradoxical blend of beer wort and Chasselas grape must, fermented with beer yeasts. Brewed by Cap'taine Mousse, founded in 2015 by brothers Manu and Jérôme Bachelard in Nyon, on the shores of Lake Geneva.
Serving
Best served at 8-10°C in a wine glass or tulip glass to fully appreciate the unique fusion character.
